Haeger & Carlsson is proud to support Coloplast in the recruitment of a Market Manager for Ostomy Care in Sweden. As Market Manager for Ostomy Care, you will be responsible for developing, executing and effectively communicating the Ostomy Care marketing strategy, consistent with both the local business plan, customer needs and Coloplast's Global Marketing strategy.

You will hold the responsibility for the long-term perspective on developing the Ostomy Care offering, leading the introduction of new innovations and how to best bring them to market. With several important product launches ahead, you will play a key role in translating global strategies into successful local execution. The role provides input to Head of Marketing/Commercial Director/Country Manager in setting revenue and marketing targets/objectives, and in how to overcome competitive challenges.

This is a commercially driven role with responsibility for market analysis, business planning, forecasting, building KOL relationships and leading Advisory Boards. You will be an expert on customer and market needs, using data and insights to identify opportunities and continuously accelerate the growth of the Ostomy Care business in Sweden.

The position is based at Coloplast’s Swedish office in Kungsbacka and reports to the Head of Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Set and continuously communicate the overall marketing direction for the Ostomy Care business in Sweden to ensure target achievement.
• Support the Head of Marketing, Commercial Director, Country Manager and Executive Team in delivering the objectives for the Ostomy Care business and evaluating performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop, review and execute the Swedish pipeline of product innovation launches, with a long-term perspective on new generation innovations.
• Take active ownership of the Annual Business Planning process, forecasting and regular analysis of the financial performance of the Ostomy Care business.
• Continuously monitor customer needs, market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Initiate and develop relationships with KOLs, professional bodies and Advisory Boards.
• Ensure the marketing strategy is effectively implemented together with Sales.
• Provide input to Market Access activities and strategic market analysis to Global Marketing and other HQ functions.
• Deliver Ostomy Care product launches, projects and initiatives within agreed budgets and timelines.

Your background

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional who combines strong commercial understanding with analytical skills and a proven ability to take ownership and drive projects forward. We believe you have:

• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within MedTech, diagnostics or another healthcare-related industry.
• Experience of independently leading product launches and complex commercial or marketing projects.
• Strong experience in analysing sales and market data and translating insights into actions.
• Experience of business planning, forecasting and working towards commercial KPIs.
• Experience of working cross-functionally, preferably in an international organisation and with global stakeholders.
• A relevant academic degree in marketing, business, health sciences or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
