How You'll Work

• Location Salt Lake City, UT
• Compensation This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the salary wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position between $65,000-$82,000 per year. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.

About the Role The management, coordination, and execution of operations that take place outside within a customer site or warehouse. Field operations professionals play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the smooth functioning of various activities and projects in the field. All while managing compliance with CRST regulations and ensuring that customers are providing excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

• Primary contact for clients and customers within the defined geographic region, including escalations, installation questions, or emergency requests
• Primary contact in accountability to cost and quality performance within the geographic region
• Lead in service company assignments
• Regular presence at dock load outs, present for store load outs as available
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
