At Connie Health, we’re revolutionizing the way older Americans navigate Medicare. As we expand into new and existing markets, we’re seeking a Market Lead to drive growth, develop high-performing sales teams, and contribute directly to revenue generation.


As a Market Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10-12 local independent agents. You’ll play a pivotal role in recruiting, mentoring, and coaching these agents, while also generating your own sales to drive business growth. You will work closely with a regional director and a centralized training team

This position is ideal for a results-driven Medicare sales professional passionate about leadership, coaching, and guiding independent agents in their local market, with an established presence and trusted relationships in the community.

Key Responsibilities

Market Leadership & Team Management

  • Oversee and manage local Medicare sales operations within your designated region.
  • Recruit, mentor, and coach Independent Agents to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Lead from the front by actively selling alongside your team, modeling best practices, and driving personal production.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed regional performance targets.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Foster a culture of compliance, collaboration, and operational excellence aligned with Connie Health’s standards.
  • Analyze local market trends to identify growth opportunities and strengthen community-rooted market presence.

Who You Are

  • Licensed & Certified – AHIP-certified with a valid state life and health insurance license
  • Leader & Mentor – Passionate about coaching and developing independent agents.
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools to support remote and in-person coaching.
  • Entrepreneurial & Independent – Experience working with independent agents, ideally having been one yourself.
  • Accomplished – 5 years of Medicare sales experience, providing deep industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Growth-Oriented – Eager to advance in sales leadership and make a significant impact.
