About your role

Technology is at the heart of everything we do. As our Market IT Service Delivery Manager based out of Amsterdam, you'll ensure colleagues across the business have reliable, secure, and high-performing IT services that enable them to do their best work every day. From managing end-user support and infrastructure services to leading improvement initiatives and major IT projects, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding employee experience whilst driving operational excellence across multiple markets.

Working closely with regional IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, you'll help shape a stable, secure, and future-ready technology environment that supports Suntory's ambition to inspire the brilliance of life.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the delivery of IT services across end-user devices, networks, connectivity, and local infrastructure.
  • Ensure IT services are secure, compliant, and aligned with regional standards and policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee experience and service quality.
  • Manage local IT infrastructure projects from planning through to successful delivery.
  • Oversee IT asset management, procurement activities, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate major incident resolution and provide escalation support when needed.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand needs and deliver practical technology solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate infrastructure risks, ensuring business continuity and operational resilience.
  • Support, coach, and develop local IT team members whilst promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Champion a customer-focused culture where technology enables business success.

What You need to be successful

Experience & Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including networks, operating systems, hosting environments, and telecommunications.
  • Experience managing IT operations, service delivery, and infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of technologies such as Active Directory, Windows Server, networking solutions, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, and external service providers.
  • Understanding of IT service management principles, ideally including ITIL practices.
