As a Market Intelligence Specialist, you will play a critical role in transforming internal and external market data into actionable business insights that support strategic decision-making across Latin America. Acting as a key partner to Sales, Marketing, and Business Leaders, you will identify market opportunities, monitor industry trends, and drive data-driven recommendations that enhance commercial performance, portfolio strategy, and market expansion initiatives.
This role combines analytical expertise, business acumen, and strategic thinking to support leadership teams in making informed decisions while promoting a data-driven culture throughout the organization.
Location: São Bernardo do Campo
The work model is hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
On a typical day, you will:
Collect, structure, analyze, and interpret internal and external market data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and growth drivers.
Develop strategic reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations that support decision-making across multiple business lines and leadership teams.
Lead market intelligence initiatives by monitoring market movements, customer trends, competitive activities, and business opportunities across Latin America.
Transform complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that influence commercial and strategic decisions.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Leaders to ensure alignment between market intelligence and business priorities.
Analyze portfolio performance, order trends, and market indicators to proactively identify opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
Support the continuous improvement of marketing intelligence processes, reporting capabilities, and data visualization practices.
Leverage tools such as Dynamics CRM, Power BI, ERP systems, and external market intelligence platforms to generate valuable business insights.
Promote a strategic, analytical, and data-driven mindset across the organization
What You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in Market Intelligence, Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Strategic Planning, Marketing Analytics, or related functions.
Strong experience working with CRM Dynamics, BI tools, ERP systems, market intelligence platforms, and data visualization solutions.
Advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to transform data into business recommendations and strategic actions.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis, visualization, and executive storytelling.
Experience developing dashboards, executive reports, and performance analytics to support senior leadership decision-making.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
Strategic mindset with a proactive, investigative, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Fluent or advanced English and Spanish required; Portuguese proficiency is highly desirable for regional collaboration.
Experience working in multicultural and regional environments across Latin America is preferred.
