Job Description

In this role, you will turn market intelligence into actionable insights that help shape business strategy, identify growth opportunities and support key business decisions. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will help drive the future direction of our flexible paper solutions business.

Your mission:

  • Lead market, competitor and customer intelligence for flexible paper solutions.
  • Drive market segmentation and identify growth opportunities across end markets and product categories.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activities; deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Prepare impactful reports and presentations to support management decision-making.
  • Support strategy development, business growth initiatives, investments and M&A activities.
  • Lead cross-functional research projects and collaborate with stakeholders across sales, sustainability, marketing and senior leadership.
  • Manage market data, intelligence sources and external partners to enable informed business decisions.

Your profile:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in market research, or strategic analysis within B2B industry environment and/or management consultancy.
  • Proficiency in using market intelligence, data analysis and visualisation tools.
  • Financial acumen and strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, along with adaptability to changing business conditions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build relationships and trust.
