The Market Intelligence & Growth Lead is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and developing commercial growth opportunities across MTCS Americas through market intelligence, customer insights, competitive analysis, growth marketing initiatives, and strategic business research.
The role supports Business Development, Sales, Product Management, Capital Project Pursuit, and Leadership teams by providing actionable market insights, growth recommendations, customer segmentation, competitive intelligence, targeted demand generation initiatives, and strategic commercial analyses.
The position serves as the primary owner of market intelligence, growth marketing, and commercial insight activities across MTCS Americas and plays a key role in supporting profitable growth, strengthening customer engagement, improving market penetration, and enabling data-driven decision making.
