The Role

As a Market Intelligence & Business Analyst Trainee, you will work as part of Siemens Digital Industries' Machine Builder sales team in Finland, while collaborating closely with sales teams across the Nordic countries, including Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

Your primary responsibility will be to produce market and business analyses that support sales strategy, customer targeting, and the identification of growth opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing the Nordic machine builder market
• Mapping customer and industry segments
• Monitoring market, competitor, and technology trends
• Preparing business case analyses and growth assessments to support sales activities
• Creating reports, dashboards, and management presentations
• Collaborating with the Nordic Machine Builder organization across countries

What We Are Looking For

You are currently studying, for example, Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or another relevant field.

We hope you have:

• An analytical and proactive approach to work
• Interest in market research, business analytics, and international business
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Ability to work in a Nordic organization and collaborate with teams across different countries
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Previous experience in market research, analytics, or B2B business is considered an advantage.
