You’ll be the one uncovering new opportunities to grow existing products and spotting high-potential niches for new product launches within within the Headway Inc ecosystem.

Support existing products by identifying new market-validated growth opportunities: competitor approaches to acquisition, monetization models, retention strategies, new audiences and markets, benchmarking product performance.
Generate hypotheses and propose strategic product solutions based on competitor and market research (monetization, strategy, marketing, content).
Explore and validate new product niches as part of our R&D initiatives, challenge existing product ideas, and support founders with pitch materials.
Work with financial models and run analytical calculations.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and cross-functional teams — providing insights that drive strategic decisions, investment focus, and resource efficiency.
Has 2–5 years of experience in Audit, Consulting, Corporate Finance, Investments (IB / VC / PE), or Research.
Is skilled in market & business research and knows how to dig deep.
Has strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
Can design eye-catching, digestible reports and presentations.
Communicates precisely and manages work with attention to detail.
Speaks and writes in English at an Upper-Intermediate+ level.
