Your role:

  • Conducts complex insights & analytics projects and initiatives within the MI&A CoE guidance and BU / Regional priorities on Commercial, Competitor & Marketing Insights & Analytics, Customer / Consumer (PH) / Shopper (PH) insights, Customer / Consumer (PH) Segmentation, Fore-sighting, Brand, Communication, Proposition and Customer experience feedback ins

  • Identifies opportunities to drive a superior customer / consumer (PH) / shopper (PH) experience for LTV, performance and growth.

  • Leads & executes insight projects, presenting results with impact, influencing decision making and driving follow through with teams while managing and prioritizing budget within scope for maximum impact.

  • Defines drivers for growth through advanced analytics on marketing, Competitor, Customer and Consumer, patient, payer data sources

  • Synthesis large sets of data across different data sources into concise & clear insights stories and delivering these with impact for strategic decision making or performance improvement

  • Enhances marketing and go-to-market planning through synthesizing insights derived from understanding of customer, consumer (PH), patient, payer, user, marketing, competitor and business dynamics across different data sources into concise & clear insights stories answering a business question.

  • Delivers strategic insights and customer / consumer (PH)- patient centric recommendations to guide marketing decisions optimizing the customer experience, orchestrates collaboration across data sources—1st, 2nd, and 3rd party—to drive measurable impact on business outcomes.

  • Collaborates with MI&A community to team up to win and build upon learnings and best practices across the community as well as with external partner for effective collaboration for maximum impact

  • Acts as a business partner for business unit / regional stakeholders to influence with impact and supports on business unit level within team context


You're the right fit if:

  • 5-10 years of experience in 1) Market Research, Data Analysis, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence or equivalent.

  • 7-10 years of experience in 1) Market Research, Data Analysis, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence or equivalent. Ideally experience on both client and agency side.

  • Very comfortable in working with senior marketeers, senior business stakeholders and market representatives, speaks their language 2-3 years of team lead experience.

  • Able to manage stakeholders within own profession and in other functions across geographies.

  • Demonstrates clear business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit and fact-based decision making.

  • Strong collaboration and facilitation skills (across different cultures)

  • Data Story Teller: Agile with large amounts of data (qualitative, quantitative, behavioral, secondary, etc.)--determining what’s important and distilling it into actionable insights.

  • Able to synthesize across multiple sources into a clear and concise story

  • Familiar with state of the art analytics platforms and tools

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Market Research, Data Analysis, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence or equivalent.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
