As Market Head for Central and Northern Europe, you’ll directly manage the Netherlands Desk based in Luxembourg and build profitable long-term client relationships. The role focuses on generating Net New Money (NNM), growing Assets Under Management (AUM) and increasing gross revenue through high-quality new client acquisition and deeper client solutions. You’ll partner across Global Private Banking (GPB) and Commercial Banking (CMB) to bring the right products and services to clients and prospects. Success means delivering agreed financial targets through a strong pipeline, effective referrals across the Group and consistently high standards of client service. You’ll also shape a strong risk and control environment with clear expectations on KYC, sales quality and compliance.

This is a senior opportunity to shape growth in the Netherlands market from Luxembourg while representing GPB across HSBC and with external partners. You’ll connect clients to the breadth of HSBC capabilities and translate market context into practical client solutions. HSBC operates multiple variables pay plans, to reflect the diverse nature of the businesses, roles and markets in which we operate. Variable pay is designed to reward colleagues for their individual performance and contribution, as well as the performance of their relevant Business / Infrastructure, and the overall Group.
The pay range for this role is €200,000 – €350,000
