Job Description

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Kamusta, hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

Our flagship campus is in Sydney, Australia, but with many of our Canvanauts calling the Philippines home, our office in Manila is a buzzing place. Whether your role needs you in the office, at home or a bit of both, we've created an environment that truly empowers you to thrive.

What you'd be doing

As Canva continues to grow in the Philippines, we're building deeper, more inspiring ways to help people champion Canva and share it with others. This is a foundational role where you'll shape how our audiences — creators, SMBs, enterprise teams, youth leaders, partners, and more — learn, grow, and become true Canva advocates.

We know that learning is one of the most powerful ways people fall in love with a product. In the Philippines, there's an incredible opportunity to build something truly special across training programs, advocacy movements, and learning experiences that don't just teach Canva, but inspire people to champion it.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Designing and delivering structured workshops, facilitator guides, and end-to-end learning experiences tailored for our priority PH segments across face-to-face events, webinars, and beyond.
  • Building and scaling train-the-trainer programs that transform educators, ambassadors, and partners into passionate Canva advocate.
  • Collaborating with our amazing PH and SEA teams across Partnerships, Sales, Socials, Events, and Community to align initiatives with growth objective.
  • Representing Canva at conferences, partner gatherings, and community events and being strategic about which engagements make the biggest market impact
  • Serving as a local voice, feeding trends, feature requests, and emerging needs back to our internal teams so Canva keeps getting better for Filipinos

What we're looking for:

This role is for someone who believes learning is one of the most powerful growth levers.

You’re equally comfortable designing learning programs, facilitating large-scale workshops, and building systems that make the next 20+ workshops easier to run.

  • You have at least 4 years designing and delivering structured learning programs, ideally in tech, SaaS, education, or community ecosystems
  • You've built scalable training initiatives like train-the-trainer, ambassador programs, or partner enablementYou're a confident facilitator and public speaker who can engage with diverse audiences— from our community and partners to enterprise and C-suite leaders
  • You understand product adoption and customer lifecycle journeys, and can translate features into practical, real-world use cases
  • You're commercially aware — you can spot growth signals and expansion opportunities mid-conversation
  • You're highly organized, able to juggle multiple inbound requests while always prioritizing the highest-impact work
  • You're comfortable tracking metrics across engagement, adoption signals, and downstream impact
  • You thrive in ambiguity and love turning a blank page into a system
  • You're a natural collaborator who knows how to bring cross-functional stakeholders along for the ride

Most importantly, you care deeply about empowering Filipinos with the skills to communicate visually, and you’re excited to build brand love and advocate for Canva’s long-term growth in the Philippines.

About Canva

We're a global online visual communications platform on a mission to empower the world to design. Featuring a simple drag-and-drop user interface and a vast range of templates ranging from presentations, documents, websites, social media graphics, posters, apparel to videos, plus a huge library of fonts, stock photography, illustrations, video footage, and audio clips, anyone can take an idea and create something beautiful on Canva on any device, from anywhere in the world.

Since our launch in 2013, we’ve had the crazy big goal of making design accessible to everyone. We were founded on the belief that people shouldn't need to understand complex software to unlock their creativity. We’re leveling the playing field and democratizing access to design and visual communication by empowering 100% of the world to communicate in a way that was once limited to the 1%.

We've always had a deeper mission surrounding Canva — which we talk about as our 'simple' two-step plan: to build one of the world’s most valuable companies, and to do the most good we possibly can. We're committed to our core value of Being a Force for Good, so as the value of our company grows, so too does our ability to have a positive impact on the world.
