Market Development Representative - B2B Sales
Schedule: Full-time | On-site | Monday-Friday
Compensation: $50K+ base + uncapped earning potential

We’re hiring a Market Development Representative (MDR) to be a steady, high-impact presence in the field, someone who thrives on conversation, stays consistent through repetition, and builds trust over time.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new opportunities through high-volume calls, email, and in-person outreach
  • Build familiarity within your territory and stay visible with local businesses
  • Identify decision-makers and understand how their current systems are performing
  • Set qualified meetings for senior sales representatives
  • Track activity and manage leads in CRM system

Who You Are

  • 1 year + in sales, customer-facing and fast-paced work or comparable hands-on experience
  • Comfortable starting conversations with new people every day
  • Organized, consistent, and process-oriented
  • Persistent and comfortable working through rejection
  • Self-directed and comfortable managing your day in the field
  • Confident using basic sales and communication tools
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
