
The Market Development Manager (MDM) is responsible for driving sales growth by expanding the Independent Business through new customer acquisition and strategic partnerships. This role develops and executes business strategies to support company growth, identifies new market opportunities, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Compensation Range: The range of expected compensation for this role is between 79,400.00 CAD and 101,300.00 CAD salary for a new team member. The rate offered to a successful candidate depends on multiple factors, including geographic location, experience in retail, automotive knowledge, education, leadership roles, and other skillsets ideal for this position and shift differential (if applicable).
