We are conducting a highly selective search for Market Development Directors (MDDs) to join the stealth commercial team of a disruptive medical device company. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help launch a next-generation endoscopic suturing platform in the U.S.
The MDD role is not a traditional sales manager position— it’s a builder role You’ll own a multi-state territory, drive adoption among Interventional GIs and Bariatric Surgeons, and help shape the culture and strategy of a company set for rapid scale.

Our client is preparing for the U.S. launch of a second-generation endoscopic suturing device that transforms Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG), one of the fastest-growing bariatric procedures.
