This is a remote position.

For our international client, we are looking for two Market Deployment Specialists to join the project ASAP and support the deployment and localisation of an AI-powered platform across multiple global markets.
This is a highly collaborative and cross-functional role where candidates will work with language, data, prompts, and AI configurations to ensure reliable system performance across diverse cultural and linguistic contexts.

ABOUT THE ROLE
A global consumer brand has launched a GenAI-powered front-end agent in the UK — a conversational interface that helps customers discover and explore products through natural language. The platform is now entering an accelerated European roll-out: Germany first, then Czech Republic, then Romania, with Poland and other markets running in parallel. As a Configurator, you will be on the front line of that expansion — adapting AI configurations, tuning prompts, and validating that the agent behaves accurately and naturally across languages and cultures. You'll work in a highly multinational team where an appreciation for the nuances of language is as important as technical ability.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Configuring and localising AI system settings for specific markets and languages
Querying DynamoDB and S3 to retrieve and validate configuration data
Writing, testing, and refining prompts to ensure accurate and culturally appropriate AI responses
Coordinating with local stakeholders and cross-functional teams to validate market deployments
Documenting configurations and maintaining deployment records across markets

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret JSON and CSV data files confidently
Ability to query AWS DynamoDB and retrieve files from AWS S3 (training provided for the right candidate)
Comfort and experience working in highly multinational, cross-cultural environments
Experience writing and iteratively testing prompts for LLM-based systems
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple market configurations in parallel
English proficiency at B2 level or above

NICE TO HAVE

Experience leading or coordinating activities across a team or workstream
Having lived and worked in a non-native language environment — bringing first-hand understanding of multilingual complexity
Proficiency in European languages — Germanic (e.g. German, Dutch), Slavic (e.g. Polish, Czech, Slovak), Latin (e.g. French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian), or Greek
Background in call centre operations or customer service environments
Understanding of how LLMs behave differently across languages (tone, idiom, cultural nuance)
