Piedmont Medical Centeris a 288-bed full-service hospital in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Since 1983, our staff has been committed to helping members of our community stay healthy and encouraging them to lead an active lifestyle. Piedmont Medical Center opened in 1983 at 222 South Herlong Avenue in Rock Hill. Our name was selected from approximately 376 names submitted by local residents during a county-wide contest to name the facility. Since 1983, Piedmont has continued to expand its campus and services with the goal of meeting the health care needs of York, Chester and Lancaster county areas. We have more than 380 active physicians, 1,400 full- and part-time employees, and 200 volunteers that truly view it as a privilege to provide this community with high-quality healthcare, whether that means treating you when you’re sick, or keeping you well.

Fort Mill Medical Center is a new, state of the art, 100 bed facility in Ft. Mill, SC that is one the three campuses of Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill. Piedmont also operates a free-standing emergency department on Gold Hill Road in Ft. Mill. The new facility will include a three-story bed tower, a helipad and room for future expansion.

St. Vincent Hospital is a 297-bed facility located in Worcester, Massachusetts. Key Service Lines include Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Orthopedics, Oncology, Stroke Care, Women’s Services, and Robotic Surgery.

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE, ATTRIBUTES AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of five years of experience in Strategic Planning and Healthcare Strategy/Development is required. Experience developing complex business plans and using data to drive strategy is a must.

Education/Certifications
An undergraduate degree in Business, or appropriately relevant field, is required. An advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health is strongly preferred.
Compensation
A competitive compensation program will be tailored to the selected candidate. Base salary will be supplemented by a performance bonus and comprehensive, well-rounded benefits program, which includes relocation assistance.
Travel
Up to 25% travel required - Selected candidate will be required to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.
