MARKET BRAND MANAGER

GEORG JENSEN, ROYAL COPENHAGEN & RÖRSTRAND

OUR ROLE

Vita Brands is part of Fiskars Group and owns curated portfolio of design-led brands united by craftsmanship, material mastery, and enduring desirability.

Our portfolio spans three distinct Brand Houses with a total of 12 brands:

  • House of Danish Design Icons – Georg Jensen and Royal Copenhagen

  • House of Nordic Design Living – Iittala, Moomin Arabia, Arabia, Rörstrand and Hackman

  • House of British & Irish Design – Waterford, Wedgwood, Royal Doulton and Royal Albert

Together, these brands represent more than 300 years of design heritage while creating the icons of tomorrow. Across categories including porcelain, crystal, glass, silver, stainless steel and fine jewellery, we craft products designed to be collected, gifted, treasured and passed on for generations.

And now our team in Norway is growing. As our next Market Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering the market activation and demand generation strategy for Georg Jensen, Royal Copenhagen and Rörstrand in our Nordic market – Norway, Sweden, and Finland. Working closely with global and local teams, you'll translate global brand direction into locally relevant campaigns and activations that strengthen consumer engagement, build brand desirability and support commercial growth across retail, eCommerce and wholesale channels.

Working across our Nordic market you'll plan and coordinate market activations in partnership with global and local teams, ensuring consistent brand execution across channels. Using market insights and campaign performance data, you'll identify opportunities to optimise future activations while reflecting local consumer behaviour, market dynamics and channel needs.

Reporting to our Senior Marketing Activation Manager, this hybrid role will be base in Oslo, Norway.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You'll work with colleagues across marketing, retail, eCommerce and wholesale to plan and deliver integrated campaigns that reflect both global brand direction and Nordic market needs. The role requires balancing long-term planning with day-to-day coordination while working with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners to deliver a consistent brand experience across channels. You'll also use market insights and campaign performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and future growth.

  • Develop and deliver the annual market activation and demand generation plan for Georg Jensen, Royal Copenhagen, and Rörstrand

  • Translate global brand strategy into locally relevant campaign priorities and activation calendars

  • Lead integrated campaign planning across retail, eCommerce and wholesale channels

  • Coordinate activation across internal teams, agencies and external partners

  • Manage local marketing budgets, media planning and agency partnerships within global frameworks

  • Monitor campaign performance, share market insights and recommend improvements to future activations

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand visibility, consumer engagement and demand through local partnerships, events and Nordic market activations

WHO YOU ARE

You have experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns and understand how to adapt global brand direction to local markets. You're comfortable working across multiple channels and functions, using consumer insights and performance data to guide decisions and improve campaign effectiveness. You build strong relationships, communicate clearly, take ownership and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen consumer engagement, brand desirability and commercial growth.

  • At least five years' experience in brand management, marketing or commercial marketing within consumer goods, lifestyle or retail

  • Experience developing integrated campaigns across retail, digital and media channels

  • Strong understanding of omnichannel retail, consumer behaviour and brand building

  • Experience adapting global strategies for local markets and managing marketing budgets

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities

  • Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and work effectively across functions

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field

  • Fluent in English and one Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Swedish or Danish)
