We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Market Associate. As a Market Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our market. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their purchases, providing product information and recommendations

-Coffee and Specialty Beverage Production

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash registers
• Maintain a clean and organized market environment
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
• Assist with stock management, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
• Experience in cash handling is preferred
• Barista experience is an advantage
• Technical sales knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends
