We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Market Associate. As a Market Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our market. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their purchases, providing product information and recommendations

-Coffee and Specialty Beverage Production
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash registers
- Maintain a clean and organized market environment
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in cash handling is preferred

- Barista experience is an advantage
- Technical sales knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends
