About the Role

We are looking for a Market Access / Product Specialist to bridge the gap between business, regulation, and product development. This is a unique hybrid role combining product thinking with strong analytical and domain expertise in market access, pricing, or healthcare-related environments.

You will play a key role in translating complex regulations and methodologies into product requirements, ensuring our solutions remain compliant, accurate, and valuable to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate market access regulations, methodologies, and business needs into clear product specifications
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Analyze complex datasets and market trends to support product development and enhancements
• Ensure data accuracy, product quality, and regulatory compliance
• Gather and synthesize client and stakeholder feedback to improve product performance
• Support the creation of new features and product ideas, balancing feasibility and business impact
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, clarifying requirements and resolving queries
• Provide client support and subject matter expertise when needed

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Economics, Life Sciences, Law, or related field)
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data, methodologies, and structured information
• Experience in one of the following areas:
  • Market access / pricing / reimbursement
  • Product management or product support
  • Business analysis / consulting / market research
• Excellent written communication skills, with strong attention to detail (critical for specifications)
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable requirements
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience working in cross-functional environments
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, healthcare systems, or regulatory frameworks
• Exposure to product development or working with engineering teams
• Experience in consulting or analytical roles
• Basic understanding of data tools or technical environments

Working Model

• Hybrid work model with regular office presence encouraged, especially during onboarding
• Candidates must be based in Czech Republic or Slovakia
• Czech language required (due to local regulatory context)
