Your new role
As a Strategic Market Access Sr Manager,you'll be the architect of our market access strategy in Brazil,ensuring that our portfolio of diabetes, obesity, rare diseaseand cardiovascular therapies reaches those who need them most.Some of your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing local market access strategies aligned with business priorities across our full portfolio (diabetes, obesity, rare diseases, and beyond).
Monitor the market access environment regarding Novo Nordisk and competitors, such as changes in the health system, HTA models and general trends.
Building and maintaining strategic relationships with health authorities and other key stakeholders to ensure solid knowledge of Novo Nordisk therapies.
Adapting global HEOR tools to local needs, ensuring our product value propositions are recognized and maximized.
Identifying HEOR evidence and publication needs that can leverage local business opportunities, leading the preparation of analyses and articles to address identified gaps.
Participate and represent both NN and NNFB in working groups related to pricing, contracting, global/international access and HEOR.
Identify and support the development of training/capacity-building for the team and external stakeholders.
Managing and developing a team of two direct reports while collaborating closely with Business Units, Medical Affairs, Commercial Excellence, Finance, and Public Affairs

Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a professional who possesses:
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy or related field.
Postgraduate qualification is a plus.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry and strategic market access roles.
Proficiency in both written and verbal English.
Strong knowledge of pricing legislation and technology incorporation processes in both public and private Brazilian healthcare systems.
Previous experience in two or more of the following areas: Market Access, Pricing, Health Economics, Payer Engagement, Health Outcomes Research, Value Communication, or Value Proposition Development.
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to lead and develop a team while influencing cross-functional groups.
