We are seeking a strategic and passionate Market Access Manager – Oncology to join our team.

This role is central to ensuring that EVA Pharma’s oncology portfolio achieves optimal patient access and reimbursement.

The successful candidate will design and execute market access strategies, engage with stakeholders, and champion the value of our therapies across diverse healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored market access strategies for EVA Pharma’s oncology products.
  • Lead the preparation of value dossiers, HTA submissions, and reimbursement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, Governmental Affairs) to align access strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with payers, policy makers, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Monitor healthcare policy, oncology reimbursement trends, and competitive dynamics to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
  • Support evidence generation initiatives, including real-world data and HEOR studies, to strengthen product value propositions.
  • Track and report on market access performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, or related field (master’s degree is preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in market access or health economics, within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and payer dynamics in Egypt.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and work cross-functionally.
  • Oncology experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience engaging with HTA bodies and developing value dossiers.
