As Market Access Manager, you will help secure sustainable reimbursement for Novo Nordisk’s portfolio in Thailand. You will shape how payers, HTA bodies and policy makers understand the value of our treatments, and turn strong evidence into timely, high-quality submissions. Working with decision-makers across the Thai healthcare system, you will help build fair and lasting access routes, so more people living with serious chronic diseases can get the treatment they need.
You will bring:
You will set direction for market access within your area and handle most situations independently, seeking advice on more complex matters when needed. Your work will focus on:
Creating and executing market access strategies that integrate pricing and reimbursement, HTA, evidence-based medicine review and health economic modelling.
Designing and implementing an integrated payer value proposition across the full product lifecycle, from early development through and beyond loss of exclusivity.
Preparing timely, high-quality reimbursement and pricing submissions, and guiding them through local processes with key decision-makers.
Building lasting relationships with health-economic opinion leaders, reimbursement agencies, medical associations and primary care organisations, so the value of our treatments and devices is clearly recognised.
Leading strategic evidence generation and pricing research with Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) to support pricing, reimbursement and long-term uptake.
Finding better ways of working – streamlining access processes, applying advanced tools and methods, leading change, sharing best practice and coaching more junior colleagues.
You will also record customer interactions accurately and report complaints, adverse events and other safety information on time, in line with our procedures.
You will join Rare Disease & Patient Access in Thailand, part of International Operations, where colleagues work across markets to serve people and help improve health at scale.
Externally, you will work closely with the National Health Security Office (NHSO), Social Security Office (SSO), Comptroller General’s Department (CGD), the Thai Food and Drug Administration and stakeholders in the NLEM process. You will also engage with relevant embassies
and the Ministries of Public Health, Finance and Labour to support policy dialogue and patient access initiatives.
Internally, you will partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Clinical, Medical & Regulatory teams on evidence, regulatory alignment and value communication; with Legal, Compliance & Quality to keep every activity compliant and ethical; and with Commercial and Marketing to align access plans with brand objectives and launches. Together, you will bring clarity to priorities and move access forward at pace.
You will be trusted to own your area, make decisions and see them through, with support from experienced colleagues when the questions get complex. Working across policy, evidence and commercial teams, you will broaden your perspective and build new skills in a role where your expertise directly shapes how people in Thailand gain access to treatment.
You will be encouraged to make your voice heard and help raise the standard of market access work – while never compromising on patient safety, quality or ethics.
Better access to treatment can’t wait. Neither can you. Your impact begins today – if you are ready to turn evidence into lasting access for people in Thailand, apply for the Market Access Manager role by 14 October 2026.
