This is a unique opportunity where you will both lead the exploration of future access solutions and maintain responsibility for Novo Nordisk's diabetes portfolio in Switzerland. You will identify and advance innovative access approaches, strategic partnerships and new healthcare delivery models, while driving pricing, reimbursement and access activities for a critical therapy area.

The team works at the intersection of healthcare policy, health economics and commercial strategy – collaborating closely with Medical, Commercial, Public Affairs and Business Development as well as regional and global teams.
