Market Access Manager

Shape patient access to life-changing treatments across Thailand's healthcare landscape. In this role, you'll work at the heart of healthcare policy and reimbursement, building relationships with key decision-makers and ensuring our innovative therapies reach the patients who need them most.

Your new role

As a Market Access Manager, you'll be responsible for driving market access and reimbursement outcomes for Novo Nordisk's portfolio in Thailand. This is a strategic role where you'll engage with healthcare policy leaders, reimbursement agencies, and medical associations to build sustainable access pathways that make a real difference to patients' lives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Creating and executing comprehensive market access strategies that integrate pricing and reimbursement.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including the National Health Security Office (NHSO), Social Security Office (SSO), Comptroller General's Department (CGD), and the Thai FDA

- Designing and implementing integrated payer value propositions across the full product lifecycle

- Leading the preparation and submission of high-quality reimbursement and pricing dossiers, ensuring timely engagement with relevant authorities

- Communicating the unique value propositions of our therapies, ensuring product value is recognized and market uptake is maximized

- Collaborating with government ministries to support policy dialogue and patient access initiatives

- Leading strategic evidence generation initiatives and pricing research in close collaboration with Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) teams

Your new department

As our Market Access Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic team working at the forefront of healthcare access strategy. You'll collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, and Marketing teams to ensure aligned and effective execution of market access strategies. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring that our growing portfolio of innovative therapies reaches patients effectively across Thailand's diverse healthcare systems.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a strategic market access professional with deep knowledge of the Thai healthcare system and a genuine passion for improving patient access. To succeed in this role, you should bring:

- A Bachelor degree in Pharmacy from an accredited Faculty of Pharmacy (required). Master degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Health Policy, MBA, or a related field is preferred.

- Minimum 3yrs experience in Market Access, Reimbursement, HEOR, or Health Policy within the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or healthcare industry

- Proven experience in preparing and submitting reimbursement and/or pricing dossiers.

- Strong understanding of the Thai healthcare access and reimbursement systems, including CSMBS, NLEM, NHSO, SSO mechanisms, and hospital-based access processes

- Demonstrated experience working with payers, policy makers, HTA bodies, hospital pharmacists, and key opinion leaders

- Solid knowledge of Health Technology Assessment (HTA), Cost-Effectiveness Analysis, Budget Impact Analysis (BIA), and/or Real-World Evidence (RWE)

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Experience in specific therapeutic areas (e.g., Diabetes, Obesity, Rare Diseases, Specialty Care) is an advantage

- Willingness to travel
