Your new role
In this position you will contribute to the development and execution of coherent, efficient market access strategies for the Novo Nordisk product portfolio. The portfolio consists of both hospital medicines and outpatient medicines.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality and timely reimbursement dossiers and HTAs, including health economic and budget impact analyses, as well as supporting the organization with expert knowledge and training within your area of responsibilities.
You will be involved in submissions and implementation of hospital tenders based on cross-functional collaboration. A prerequisite for success in the role is the ability to build constructive relations with internal and external stakeholders – including health care authorities, providers and patient organizations.

Our Norwegian affiliate consists of approximately 85 employees across sales, marketing, clinical, medical, and other functions. In the position of Market Access Manager where you will be a part of the MAPA team which consists of 5 employees: the MAPA Associate Director, the Market Access Manager, Public Affairs Manager and the Sustainability Manager.
Your skills & qualifications
University degree, preferably in health economics (preferably with interest in modelling) or societal economics/health care sciences with interest in health economics
Good understanding of the Norwegian health care system and relevant stakeholders
Solid experience from the pharmaceutical industry or relevant health authorities
Result-oriented and persistent in meeting goals within agreed timelines
Structured, analytical, and experienced in delivering complex tasks with high quality
Able to prioritize, take responsibility, and assume ownership of tasks
Works well both independently and in cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
Business-minded, decisive, and effective at getting things done
Strong project management skills; enjoys initiating and driving projects that deliver business impact
You have a one-team approach and “all hands-on deck” mentality
