Your new position
As Market Access Manager, you will drive the development and implementation of market access strategies for Novo Nordisk’s innovative pipeline in Switzerland. You’ll ensure timely and sustainable access to therapies by translating global strategies into impactful local solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams and key external stakeholders.

Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in market access, pricing, or health economics, ideally within the Swiss pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with practical experience, a deep understanding of the Swiss healthcare system, and the ability to translate scientific and economic evidence into impactful access strategies.
