Team: Global Market Access and Pricing – Diabetes& Access, Product & Portfolio Strategy

Shape how millions of people living with diabetes gain access to next-generation therapies. In this role, you'll translate payer insights into access strategies that bring our pipeline to patients faster – and influence decisions that span the entire asset lifecycle.
Your new role
As Global Market Access Lead within Diabetes& Access, you will lead defined Value Strategy & Payer Engagement workstreams and contribute directly to asset-level market access strategy. You'll partner across Market Access domains, Clinical Development, Medical, Commercial and affiliates to ensure that payer perspectives are embedded from early pipeline development through launch and lifecycle management.

In Product & Portfolio Strategy we drive commercial strategy, medical affairs and business development across all therapy areas. We act as a connector and compass, guiding the new Novo Nordisk portfolio for sustained competitiveness upstream, and maximising portfolio potential through successful commercial strategies and competitive launches downstream.
Within Product & Portfolio Strategy sits Global Market Access and Pricing – Diabetes& Access. Our team defines, shapes and operationalises payer-relevant value and access strategies for Novo Nordisk's diabetes therapies across the asset lifecycle. You'll join a collaborative, globally connected team where your work directly influences how innovative treatments reach the millions of people living with diabetes worldwide.
