We are searching for an experienced Maritime Operations Associate at our MSC Greece - Piraeus facility.
MSC is seeking a Maritime Operations Associate to join its growing operations of Planning Team in Piraeus.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the operational performance of a global vessel network, working closely with international stakeholders across ports, terminals, operational centers and global headquarters.
The successful candidate will participate in the monitoring, coordination and optimization of maritime operations, supporting service reliability, operational efficiency and strategic decision-making within a fast-paced international environment.
Degree in Merchant Marine Academy, Naval Architecture, Maritime Studies, Shipping, or a related discipline.
Previous seagoing experience as Deck Officer on Container vessels or relevant maritime operational experience will be considered a strong asset.
Experience in shipping operations, fleet operations, maritime logistics or vessel management is highly desirable.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Team-oriented approach with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
Availability to work on a rotational shift schedule.
