Coordinate vessel operations with port authorities, terminals, clients, and other relevant parties.
Monitor vessel arrival, berthing, loading, discharging, and departure processes.
Maintain effective communication with vessel masters, shipowners, charterers, clients, and relevant authorities throughout operations.
Handle port formalities, permits, and required operational documentation.
Provide clients with timely updates and regular operational reports.
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are kept informed.
Support the preparation and follow-up of invoices, operational expenses, and related documentation.
Ensure all operations are carried out in compliance with company procedures, health & safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
Maintain a professional and service-oriented approach to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Conduct vessel, port, and terminal visits when required.
Previous experience in maritime, shipping, port agency, or vessel operations is preferred.
Good understanding of port and vessel operational processes.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple operational processes and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and highly organized approach to documentation and follow-up.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Comfortable working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Flexibility to support operations outside standard working hours when required.
