About the Client

Our client is a well-established organization in the maritime and shipping industry, known for delivering professional marine, shipping, and risk management solutions while maintaining strong relationships across the global maritime sector.

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marine Sales Coordinator / Manager to support and grow the marine lubricant business by coordinating with vessels, shipping agents, and logistics partners while ensuring efficient service delivery and strong client relationships within the maritime sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales of marine lubricants to vessels calling Sri Lankan ports and local marine operators.
• Coordinate lubricant deliveries with bonded warehouses, port agents, logistics providers, and vessels.
• Maintain relationships with ship agents and vessel operators.
• Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely supply to vessels.

Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to marine industry, shipping operations, or vessel supply coordination would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of port operations, logistics coordination, and vessel scheduling.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple operational tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
