Job Description

On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a Marine Plumber / Pipe Fitter to join a well-established maritime services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and testing of piping systems onboard yachts and commercial vessels.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and repair pipework systems for water, fuel, hydraulic, sewage, and other marine applications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting of marine piping systems.
• Fit, align, and secure pipes, valves, pumps, and associated equipment.
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with marine industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers, fitters, and other technical personnel during vessel maintenance and repair projects.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Marine Plumber, Pipe Fitter, or in a similar marine engineering role.
• Experience working onboard yachts, commercial vessels, or within ship repair environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of marine piping systems and related equipment.

Location: Malta
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:15 (including a 45-minute break)
