Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with boat rentals, docking, and fueling
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Assist with boat inspections and maintenance to ensure safe and seaworthy vessels
  • Monitor the marina area for safety and security
  • Coordinate and schedule boat reservations
  • Offer guidance and instructions on boating regulations and safety procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the marina area
  • Assist with special events and activities related to the marina

Qualifications
