This role is crucial for driving excellence in margin management across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a global network to enhance margin stabilization, sharing best practices, and addressing performance challenges.
• Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure effective use of margin management tools and processes.
• Playing a key role in the development and implementation of a global Margin Management Performance Cycle, collaborating closely with Business Unit Leads to standardize reporting and KPIs.
• Crafting global standards and processes to elevate the Margin Management cycle's effectiveness, leveraging data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• A robust academic background with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields, with a strong preference for candidates holding advanced degrees.
• Demonstrated experience in a global, complex organization, especially in areas of pricing, margins, and leading change management initiatives.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to organize, plan, and execute projects across multiple teams and international borders.
• A customer-centric approach, ensuring all initiatives enhance customer experience and meet cross-functional needs.
