Join our marketing team at Thermo Fisher Scientific where you'll create impactful integrated marketing campaigns that help make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. As a Marketing Communications Specialist III, you'll develop and execute strategic marketing programs across multiple channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll create compelling content, manage campaign execution, and measure program effectiveness to support our business objectives and strengthen our market position. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex scientific concepts into persuasive marketing messages while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in life sciences/healthcare industry
• Preferred Fields of Study: Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field
• Demonstrated expertise in integrated marketing campaign development and execution
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels including email, social media, web content
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong analytical skills to track, measure and optimize campaign performance
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization
• Proven experience collaborating effectively with global teams across regions and functions
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Well-organized with effective time management skills
• Ability to translate complex technical information into compelling marketing content
• Experience managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Travel may be required for events and meetings
• Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial
