The candidate will lead the Procurement team and will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the procurement function, ensuring high standards of quality, cost efficiency, supplier performance, and supply chain continuity.
The role involves strong cross-functional coordination with Operations, Production, Retail, Marketing, Finance, and other key stakeholders in order to support business needs, new product development, seasonal initiatives, and strategic projects.
10–15 years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Strategic Sourcing roles
Strong previous experience in the Food & Beverage sector, preferably within retail, hospitality, luxury, or organized food service environments
Proven experience in managing multiple categories, strategic suppliers, and complex procurement activities
Previous experience in managing or sourcing food packaging, including food-contact packaging, is required
Strong strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management skills
Proven experience in cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and procurement performance management
Strong understanding of food supply chains, purchasing planning, and inventory management
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / ERP systems
Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English
Strong organizational and communication skills
Structured approach to problem solving and ability to manage priorities
Ability to lead and develop a team and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
