JOB PURPOSE
The intern will actively contribute to the Food & Beverage team by supporting daily operational activities across existing locations, as well as participating in projects related to new openings for Prada Caffè and Marchesi 1824.
This position represents a valuable opportunity to be involved in international initiatives, gain exposure to operational excellence, and contribute to the evolution and development of Food & Beverage concepts within a prestigious luxury context.
RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, Business, or Economics
Strong interest in the high-end hospitality and Food & Beverage industry
Excellent command of the English language
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Solid organizational and task management skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach
