Job Description
A design-focused architecture studio based within Sydney’s Northern Beaches region is seeking a Graduate Architect to join the team.
The practice works across a diverse mix of sectors including housing, health, commercial and defence projects, delivering work that balances strong design thinking with practical, people-focused outcomes. Their portfolio spans projects across Sydney and regional NSW, giving team members exposure to a broad range of scales and typologies.
The studio environment is collaborative and approachable, with a close-knit team that works closely together across projects and project stages. Senior staff remain hands-on within the studio, creating an environment where graduates are given genuine responsibility, support and exposure early on.
This role is suited to a Graduate Architect with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within an Australian architectural practice.
You’ll be involved across multiple project stages, supporting design development, documentation and coordination while working closely with senior team members. The role offers exposure from concept through to delivery, making it well suited to someone looking to continue building both technical and design capability.
This is a hands-on opportunity within a supportive studio environment where you’ll be encouraged to contribute and continue progressing professionally.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist across concept design, design development and documentation
• Work across Revit on live projects
• Support project coordination with consultants and internal teams
• Prepare drawings and project documentation
• Implement revisions and mark-ups accurately
• Contribute across multiple project stages under senior guidance
Skills & Experience
• Relevant architectural qualification (Bachelor or Master of Architecture)
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience within an Australian architectural practice
• Experience across residential, health, commercial or mixed-use projects preferred
• Proficiency in Revit
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
