You'll lead our marketing efforts in the vibrant Miami market, essential for establishing Maple Hospitality Group's concepts: Maple & Ash Miami, The Studio and Eight Bar (opening soon) as the new hot spots in Miami. You'll generate buzz and ensure our unique brand resonates deeply with the local audience, shaping our local identity in partnership with our national brand strategy. As a team player, you'll be an integral part of our national marketing team — also supporting other markets and concepts outside of Miami. This role reports directly to the Marketing Director.
As Senior Brand Manager, you will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth. You’ll bring a sharp understanding of Miami’s cultural landscape, blending local relevance with national brand direction. This position requires expertise across digital, experiential, and community-driven marketing with a focus on delivering high-impact, measurable results.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, luxury lifestyle, or entertainment.
Strong personal and professional ties to the Miami market, with deep understanding of local trends, cultural events, and key influencers.
Exceptionally organized with advanced project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns, content calendars, and event timelines simultaneously.
Proven success in building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies with clear performance metrics.
Experience in guerrilla marketing and creative campaign execution.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools including social media platforms, email marketing software, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen sense of brand storytelling.
Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and markets while also operating independently.
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a hands-on, proactive approach.
