Maple Hospitality Group is seeking a polished, hospitality driven Key Holder Supervisor to support daily front of house operations at Maple & Ash Miami. This role is designed for an experienced service professional who leads by example, thrives in high energy environments, and helps uphold the elevated standards of the guest experience during service.
The Key Holder Supervisor serves as a floor leadership presence focused on service execution, guest engagement, operational readiness, and team support throughout assigned shifts.
What You Will Do:
• Support daily front of house operations during service periods
• Execute opening and closing procedures with consistency and attention to detail
• Maintain key holder responsibilities including securing the restaurant, alarm procedures, and operational readiness
• Serve as a leadership presence on the floor while remaining actively engaged in guest service and hospitality execution
• Assist with pacing, table flow, reservations, and communication between front and back of house teams
• Support VIP guest experiences and help resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively
• Assist with maintaining service standards, side-work completion, cleanliness, and organization throughout the restaurant
• Support onboarding and peer to peer training focused on service standards, hospitality, and operational execution
• Assist in coaching and reinforcing company standards during active service
• Support cash handling and service related operational procedures as assigned
• Communicate effectively with managers and support teams to maintain alignment during service
• Maintain a polished and professional presence reflective of the Maple & Ash brand

QualificationsWho We Are Looking For:
• Previous fine dining or upscale hospitality experience required
• Previous leadership or key holder experience preferred
• Strong guest engagement and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and solution focused in fast paced environments
• Strong sense of urgency, professionalism, and accountability
• Ability to lead by example while working actively within service
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require
• Ability to stand and move throughout extended shifts in a high energy environment
