TKO StaffPros LLC., is seeking a proactive Manufacturing/Industrial Supervisor to join the team of one of our growing Manufacturing clients in Tupelo, MS area. This full-time, on-site role offers a rewarding opportunity to lead production operations and contribute to the success of our client's production. As a key member of our team, you will play an integral part in ensuring that our client facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational goals.

In this position, you will oversee day-to-day manufacturing and industrial activities, coordinate team members, and drive continuous improvement across production processes. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining high-quality output, meeting production targets, and fostering a safety-first culture on the floor. This role is ideal for an associate-level professional ready to take on greater responsibility and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

We will offer the right candidates a competitive annual salary of $50,000 - $60,000, along with opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing and industrial operations to meet production targets and deadlines
• Lead, train, and motivate your production team to maintain high levels of productivity and quality
• Plan and assign work schedules, tasks, and resources to optimize workflow efficiency
• Monitor production processes, inspect outputs, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure full compliance with company and client policies
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions in the manufacturing workflow
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues promptly
• Maintain accurate production records, attendance logs, and performance reports for management review

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, or a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide employees
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality assurance practices
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a production environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with teams and management
• Ability to work on-site in Tupelo, MS and adapt to shifting production priorities
• Organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
