Your Role

Assists Manufacturing Leadership in maintaining and delivering training programs for manufacturing personnel while supporting daily manufacturing operations. This position partners with Manufacturing Leads to perform administrative and operational activities, including changeovers, batch folder reviews, labor reporting, training documentation, and production support to help ensure compliance, quality, and production objectives are met.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinates and delivers new hire training, as well as training associated with new materials, processes, and document revisions.
  • Generates training requirement reports and coordinates training activities to ensure completion metrics and compliance targets are achieved.
  • Maintains and administers employee training records to ensure certifications, qualifications, and skill matrices reflect current manufacturing practices.
  • Partners with the Quality team to communicate quality alerts and reinforce quality awareness throughout the manufacturing organization.
  • Maintains training systems and records to reflect personnel changes, including transfers, leaves of absence, and separations.
  • Supports the development and implementation of training effectiveness measures to evaluate employee learning, engagement, and operational performance.
  • Performs routine reviews of manufacturing processes to identify procedural gaps and coordinate retraining or corrective actions as needed.
  • Assists Manufacturing Leads with administrative and operational activities, including product changeovers, batch record reviews, labor reporting, and line support functions.
  • Uses approved sanitization procedures as part of the gowning process when entering controlled manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrates strong manual dexterity while performing assembly operations and handling components, tools, and materials with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exercises care and precision when handling products, materials, and equipment to minimize damage, defects, and material waste.
  • Adheres to all established safety policies, procedures, and work instructions to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Maintains a regular on-site presence to effectively perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.
  • Properly utilizes required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gowns, eye protection, face protection, shoe covers, and gloves.
  • Maintains flexibility to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed to support manufacturing operations and business requirements.

  • General knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications, including spreadsheet and word processing software.
  • Experience with or ability to learn manufacturing systems and applications such as PRMS and Assemble and Pack.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work activities and manage time effectively.
  • Efficiently utilizes available resources to meet operational objectives.
  • Plans for additional resource needs and consistently establishes and achieves goals.
  • Ability to organize, coordinate, and schedule the activities of others when required.
  • Develops realistic and actionable work plans to support business needs.
  • Ability to pass a visual acuity test (20/20 corrected vision).
  • Ability to pass Particulate Matter Certification.
