We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Technology Manager in the Defence Future Programmes team. This role will lead the development and industrialisation of new manufacturing technologies through the full Technology Readiness Level (TRL) lifecycle, from concept validation to production implementation. The role is responsible for driving innovation, developing new and novel manufacturing methods, and ensuring successful transition of emerging technologies into an operational environment.
This position will also lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers, providing technical direction, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic technology critical to Defence.

This role will require you to hold a Developed Vetting (DV). To start, you will require a minimum Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you don’t currently already have this in place.
Please be aware that the priority will be given to employees identified as being at high risk.
The professional level and the salary of the position will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
