半導体の製造に必要な精密フィルターの生産・洗浄装置の設計、導入を行う業務です。設備の導入はプロジェクトとして扱われますので、工事業者と協力しながら、設備導入のプロジェクトをリードしていきます。半導体デバイスの微細化という要求を満たすために、導入する設備には高度な洗浄性能が求められるので、最先端のフィルター製造技術に触れることができます。業務を遂行する上で、他部署との連携が欠かせませんので、コミュニケーション能力を必要とします。また部下はいませんが、マネージャー と同じ視点で業務をすることが求められます。
