1）学历及工作经验硬性要求
本科及以上学历，机械工程、工业工程或相关工科专业
5 年及以上电机工艺设计相关工作经验。
英文可以作为工作语言。
2）核心工作职责
负责产品样件试制与质量管控，编制样件试制报告。
落地公司制造战略，编制制造工艺规范及作业指导文件。
制定设备采购与资本投入规划并推动落地；持续监控关键绩效指标（PCR、产能完成率、设备稼动率、生产成本等），制定改善措施，确保运营成果符合计划与预算要求。
以产量、质量、成本、交付、生产效率为核心目标，保障产线日常稳定运营。
统筹生产团队按时交付客户项目；统筹物料、设备、工装、人员等各类资源到位，确保各项质量指标达成。
推进 MOVE 降本项目与工艺优化工作，持续提升生产效率；搭建精益生产体系，常态化开展全员持续改善活动。
全权负责所辖区域环境、健康与安全（EHS）管理工作，严格遵守国家法规及舍弗勒内部管理规定；规范佩戴劳保用品，参与各类安全培训；发生安全事故或安全隐患第一时间向上级汇报。
主动推进质量达标（Fit for Quality）相关工作。
主动牵头落地 MOVE 改善项目。
主动落实健康、安全与安保相关管理工作。
落实环境管理相关工作要求。
