The INVISTA Nylon team in Seaford, DE, is looking for Manufacturing Technicians to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing processes. INVISTA’s Seaford facility has been proudly producing Nylon fibers for over 85 years. These fibers can be found in consumer products such as apparel, household, automotive, industry, and travel sectors worldwide.

The INVISTA Seaford Operations team plays a critical role in producing high-quality nylon fibers used in products around the world. The team supports spinning, drawing, and finishing processes within the facility. Current operations include some equipment running continuously, with plans to expand consistency and throughput. Manufacturing Technicians work in a highly collaborative environment where safety, reliability, quality, and continuous improvement are essential to success.Team members gain broad exposure to manufacturing processes while developing technical, mechanical, and operational skills.
Our Operations team members work a 12-hour rotating Dupont Schedule, supporting our 24/7 manufacturing operation. One of the benefits of this schedule is that employees are scheduled for 28 work days during each eight-week rotation while still maintaining full-time employment and benefits. Every cycle also includes 7 consecutive days off, providing opportunities for better work-life balance. The predictable rotation and longer stretches of time off are a key reason many employees enjoy this schedule.
This role is part of the collective bargaining agreement, and the starting pay range for this role is $22.00 - 23.00 per hour.
This role is subject to a pre-hire medical test.
