About the Role

We are looking for hands-on, detail-oriented Technicians to support 24/7 manufacturing operations at our Bulim facility. In this role, you will perform day-to-day equipment maintenance, line setups, basic troubleshooting, and real-time failure analysis to maximize line uptime and throughput.

Specialization Tracks

  • SMT Process Technician: Set up feeders, perform nozzle changes, conduct stencil inspections, and monitor solder paste/reflow processes.

  • Test Maintenance Technician: Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and first-line troubleshooting on test fixtures, cable harnesses, and pneumatic/electronic test stations.

  • Debug / FA Technician: Perform board-level diagnostics, schematic tracing, multimeter/oscilloscope measurements, and precision solder rework on non-conforming units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform shift-level equipment setup, calibration, and routine preventive maintenance to ensure high equipment availability.

  • Respond rapidly to line-down calls, clear equipment errors, and log error codes in the MES/maintenance tracking system.

  • Perform component-level touch-ups, fine-pitch soldering, and manual inspection following IPC standards.

  • Assist engineers in executing line qualifications, engineering runs, and yield improvement actions.

  • Adhere strictly to cleanroom, 5S, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Higher Nitec / Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Technology.

  • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing, electronics assembly, or SMT plant environment.

  • Hands-on proficiency with basic hand tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering/desoldering equipment.

  • Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts (Day/Night) on-site at the Bulim plant.
