Job Title:

Manufacturing Technician, Fri-Mon, 10 am to 8 pm

The Role:

Our Bedford,MA site is hiring a Manufacturing Technician forweekend shifts(Friday to  Monday 10AMto8 PM) to join our ceramics cell team  This hands-on role involves assembly,operating Hi-Vac metal sputtering equipment, as well as wet Etch operations used in the manufacturing of E-Chucks. Ideal candidates should have strong attention to detail, be comfortable working in a clean room or controlled environment, and willing to cross train in multiple areas to support changing business needs. 

What You Will Do:

• Follow all safety best practices and wear required PPE while on the production floor.

• Operatehigh vacuumcoating tools to deposithigh puritycoatings on products.

• Set up fixtures, de-fixture parts, andoperatemultiple pieces of vacuum and processing equipment.

• Monitor product and tool quality closely; report any deviations to your Lead or Supervisor promptly.

• Execute planned WIP as directed by yourLead andcommunicate any delays ormisses.

• Perform periodic tool refreshes andcompletebasic equipment maintenance according torun schedules.

• Conduct visual andmetrology-basedinspections in alignment with quality procedures.

• Provide feedback to Engineers on potential process improvements when applicable.

• Work collaboratively with your partner and Lead to achieve full operational efficiency.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all Entegris 6S guidelines.

• Record work confirmations in SAP and enter inspection or production data into Camline.

• Activelyparticipatein shift passdowns to communicate safety, quality, and production priorities.

• Follow work instructions and complete work orders and other required documentation accurately.

• Updatepass downnotes to ensure continuity and successful job completion.

• Demonstrate and promote Entegris PACE values in daily work.

What We Seek

•  High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) 

•  Minimum of 3years manufacturing experience (Machine operation, a plus) 

•  Must be able towork Overtime whenneeded. 

•  Able to work around chemicals (including but not limited to IPA, Acetone, FeCl, HCL) 

• Fluency in English is required for training purposes. 

• Able to lift 40lbs and stand for almost entire shift. 

• Ability to work in a cleanroom. 

• Computer Skills (SAP/CamLine a plus)  

• Flexibility to be trained and cross trained in other departments

• Self-starteris capableof dealingwith a variety of tasks in afast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

• Must be proficient in English language to be able to read documentation, communicate, and write.

• An idealcandidate will havea keeneye for quality, is dependable, and will work collaboratively within a team, and possess a positive attitude.

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.

• Problem Solving – Recognizes problems and understands root cause analysis techniques/concepts.

• Pay range is $22/hr-$26 per hour depending upon experience.
