At LEX Diagnostics, you’ll find exactly that.

We’re building something meaningful, diagnostic technology that helps patients get answers faster, but just as important is how we work together to make it happen. You’ll join a friendly, close-knit manufacturing team where people look out for each other, managers trust you to get on with your job, and your contribution is valued every day.

What your day will feel like

You’ll be hands-on, working with a small, approachable team to produce high-quality diagnostic consumables. No silos, no being left in the dark, just clear priorities, steady workflows, and colleagues who’ve got your back.

  • Work side by side with a supportive, down to earth team
  • Keep production running smoothly without unnecessary pressure
  • Spot and solve issues early, with the freedom to speak up to help improve things

This is a place where you can settle in, build confidence, and take pride in what you produce, without constant oversight.

For now, we are working 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday, but the team is moving towards working alternate earlies and lates shift pattern 06:00 to 14:15 and 13:45 to 22:00 Monday to Friday

Why people stay here

Why now?

For you, that means stability and real momentum. You’ll be joining at a point where production is scaling up, work is consistent, and what you do each day directly supports a diagnostic tool that will be making an impact. It’s a chance to be part of something established and growing, where you can build your skills and progress as the company expands.
